Spiritual relationship help & Self-love What your problems teach you Problems are not hopeless situations. They are messages. Heartaches and mild depression can be signals telling us we are ready for passage into a new phase. A broken romance may indicate it was not a good match. A home that does not sell might mean it is not the right time to move. Feelings of isolation can teach us to reach out to others. Exhaustion is a sign to rest. A difficult person challenges us to examine our own behavior and ask how we might be contributing to the conflict. Anguish in a job can reveal we have chosen the wrong career. A pattern of toxic relationships may suggest we need to learn who people are by watching what they do, rather than listening to what they say.
